AS some of you may know i got a mk1 golf gti , Lovely thing , fast handles like on rails, just a standard MK1 GTi..

Now , i got a full TD engine and box waiting to get used. . .

Should i go diesel ? - i can get the same power out of the TD as i got now in the GTI.

Is it worth the sacrifice ?

I'd keep the gti original Embarassed

You can always get a golf or caddy 'rolling shell' drop the td, seats and some clocks in and keep it simple! Very Happy

(We already have spare clocks and seats Wink ) Thats all thats needed for mot?

Looks like i should , may even paint it original Schwarz (black) again Smile

But then again , it then woulnt be MY MK1 just another black one
